Brisa Better products contain no nicotine, no tobacco, no smoke, no vapour, no battery, no heating element, no e-liquid and no combustion.
Brisa Better is a consumer lifestyle product designed around familiar hand-to-mouth ritual and sensory use.
Brisa Better products are not sold as medical devices, therapeutic products, cessation products, replacement therapies, vapes, e-cigarettes, tobacco products, or ingestible products. Individual experiences may vary.

Our products and website are intended for customers aged 18 and over. By purchasing from Brisa Better, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase products from our website.
ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing details and any other information required to process your order. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, public holidays, restocks, product launches, or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. Brisa Better is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Returns, refunds, damaged items, faulty items, incorrect items and not-as-described items are handled in accordance with our Refunds, Returns & Damaged Products Policy. Because Brisa Better products are used in or near the mouth, opened or used products cannot be resold once they leave our control. For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for change of mind, preference-based reasons, general dissatisfaction, or individual experience with the product unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
