Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy. If your product has a minor problem, we may repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described. To help us assess the issue, please include: - your order number - your full name - photos or videos showing the issue - a short description of what happened Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another suitable remedy depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
UNOPENED RETURNS
We may accept returns of unopened, unused and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be: - unopened - unused - in its original sealed packaging - in resellable condition - returned with proof of purchase Customers must contact us before returning an item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. If an unopened return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order appears damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return the item. Where the issue is confirmed to be our fault, or the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will handle the return process in line with Australian Consumer Law.
REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
